I’ll be there if the day changes to Thursday. I’m paying my caregiver to work with me on meals, stretching and exercising. She takes my blood pressure, weight. and logs everything down. It happens from 9:30 – 12:30 PST, the time you have the Q & A Zoom. I look forward to it.

Hey, y’all. I created a poll in the sidebar, right at the top. Please take it. Thank you very kindly.

Kaetti @kaettiewengeryahoo-com & Val @sppval4syahoo-com, I see you’re on right now! Please take the poll before you log off. Appreciate you.

11am MST is hard for me no matter what day, because it’s smack in the middle of my work day. If our cohort is all in the States, can we talk tomorrow about moving it to a later time Wednesday or Thursday (after 4pm EST)?

Did you take the poll? I need to know what works best for everyone. Thanks. Just pick the best answer. I’m not available later in the day.

Remember I explained last week that I’m a special needs mom and for that reason, I’m only available during the school day? I have wiggle room for the day but not the time, unfortunately.

About Your Instructor
If you're on this site, chances are you know who I am. But just in case you don't, I'm Dr. Folake Taylor, a doctor of internal medicine turned MS recovery expert and educator. Why? Because I live with PPMS, and have been able to reverse my disability, both physical and cognitive. Since there aren't too many of us out here, I've decided to share my methods so more people can have better days while living with MS, and dare I say, an improved overall quality of life with fewer symptoms and flares. I am the creator of MS Mastery®.
Hi Constance! I was looking forward to seeing you at the Q&A session today. It was amazing and a ton of ladies showed up. Hope to see you next week. You don’t even have to show your face on Zoom if you’re not camera-ready at 10 am darling.
