About Me
If you're on this site, chances are you know who I am. But just in case you don't, I'm Dr. Folake Taylor, a doctor of internal medicine turned MS recovery expert and educator. Why? Because I live with PPMS, and have been able to reverse my disability, both physical and cognitive. Since there aren't too many of us out here, I've decided to share my methods so more people can have better days while living with MS, and dare I say, an improved overall quality of life with fewer symptoms and flares.
